2007 - 2008 Membership Registration Form

Membership Level

   Basic User Membership - $5 per meeting attended  
   User Annual Membership - $25 ( all regular meetings)  
   Basic Vendor ($125)  
  Prepaid Vendor ($400)  

NOTE: if you sign up for a basic user membership, you do not need to prepay for meetings in advance. You can attend the meetings and pay $5 at the door.
